By accessing and using Tekly Racing, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Data Collection and Privacy

Tekly Racing collects minimal personal information. When you register, we collect only:

• Steam ID: Used to identify your account and link your racing profile
• Discord ID: Used for account verification and community communication

What we do not collect: We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, real names, or any other personal identifiable information.

We store your race results, lap times, and standings data as part of the normal operation of the racing league. This data is necessary to maintain leaderboards, championships, and your racing history.

3. No Fees or Charges

Tekly Racing is completely free to use. We do not charge for registration, racing, or any other feature of the service. You will never be asked to pay.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Tekly Racing in a manner that is lawful and respectful. You agree not to:

• Use multiple accounts to circumvent rules or bans
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Cheat, exploit glitches, or use unauthorized modifications that violate race regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or user accounts
• Disrupt the integrity of races or competitions

5. Race Results and Records

All race results are recorded and made public on our leaderboards and standings. By participating in Tekly Racing, you consent to your performance data and race results being displayed publicly.

6. Disclaimers

Tekly Racing is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for:

• Technical issues or downtime
• Data loss or corruption
• Issues with third-party services (Discord, Steam, Assetto Corsa)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tekly Racing and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time, but race results and standings data you have generated will remain as part of the historical record.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Tekly Racing after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
